The best support comes without judgment.

Bridging the Gap supports youth and families navigating transitions in their lives and services. We empower individuals to build meaningful relationships and pursue their goals, by spreading the spirit Hope, Resilience and Recovery. We are here to support you with respect and without any judgment.

We provide confidential one-on-one support, job readiness training, skills building, and social activities to help you create a path to health and wellness on your own terms. We partner with other programs around the city to help you get connected to the resources you need. And we're staffed by mentors who have been through, and overcame experiences similar to yours.

We hope you'll reach out to learn more - there's no pressure, no labels and no cost. Just support.

Email us at bridgingthegap@jbfcs.org and a member of our team will get in touch. You can also follow us on Instagram.

Labels are limiting

We know labels are limiting, especially when it comes to your independence and well-being. At Bridging the Gap, you’re respected as an individual.

We welcome youth from 13-25 of all races, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities, including those who are questioning.

We’ve been there, too.

We know that the best support comes without judgment, and from people who have been there too. Bridging the Gap is staffed and led by people who have lived through—and have overcome—experiences similar to yours.

Make a difference.
